Hello Year 1

Unfortunately we can't be in school right now, so we will be learning on our class page for the rest of this week. We are very sorry that our school year had to end this way, but we want you to know we are PROUD of you ALL!

Friday 16th July - last day of term!

Hello Year 1! Welcome to your last day of homeschooling! We are so sad that this is how we are ending the year, however we are so proud of each and every one of you and we know that you are all going to be AMAZING in Year 2!

Parents - we also want to say a huge well done and thank you to all of you, for being so supportive and understanding through these difficult times. You have done a brilliant job!

Have a super summer holiday, and we will come and see all of you in September!

So... today... we are going to have some FUN!!!!

Welcome to Year 1!

We are so pleased to see how well the children have settled back into school after such a long time. We are doing our best to make sure everyone is safe and happy in school. Thank you to all parents for helping them adjust.

The children have done really well learning our routines so far and seem excited to learn!

PE:

The children should have suitable PE kits in school at all times.  Please name all items to prevent them from going missing. Kits should include: white tshirt, black shorts/ leggings and suitable pe pumps or trainers.

PE days:

1W- Monday and Thursday

1D- Monday and Friday

1L- Monday and Thursday

Reading:

The children will bring a book home next week. Please practise reading at home. It will need to be returned on a Friday. We will also send home their Oxford Reading Buddy login information so that they can read online as well.
