​​​​​​A big well done to the children who have sent in their super sentences so far this week! We are very proud of you.

 

Today we just have one sentence to write, to finish our recount of The Train Ride.

 

As a reminder, here are the recount shapes and plot points in order:

 

 

First the mum and girl got on the train.

Next they went past the meadow and saw the animals.

After that the train went through the dark tunnel.

Then they saw the market place and seaside. It was busy!

 

Today we are working on Finally.

This is a sentence that says what happened last.

Start your sentence with the word Finally and then end it with a full stop. You should include the words station and Grandma, as seen on the resource sheet below. Just incase you need to watch the ending of the story again, here is the video:
