If you have a piece of paper, a pencil and crayons,  you can copy this diagram of a volcano. If you don't have any paper available study the diagram and try and remember the details of the picture.

You can also watch these videos from YouTube to find out what a volcano is, why and where they happen.



You can have a go at making your own volcanic eruption by following these instructions. You will need some common kitchen ingredients.

In school we have been learning about rocks and soil.

We learned about four layers of our earth

  1. Crust
  2. Mantle
  3. Outer Core
  4. Inner Core

Welcome to Anglesey Primary School... Go to CHILDREN, then CLASS PAGES and look in your Year Group...We need to do all we can to reduce the spread of COVID-19. School will be closed to almost all pupils from Monday. School is only open for those children who absolutely NEED to attend. We can provide care for a limited number of pupils who are vulnerable or whose parents are CRITICAL to the COVID-19 response. These children will be prioritised for the limited places we have.Children from 6P who didn't get a homework pack can collect one from KS2 on Thurs 2nd April or Fri 3rd April from 12.00 to 1.00.
