Reading

Welcome

 

Reading is so important to us as humans. It is the way we learn about the world and the experiences of others. If we have a good handle on our reading it feeds through into everything else we do. The more we read, the better we become as writers too as it gives us ideas and inspiration.

 

It allows us to become knowledgeable, empathetic and wise beyond our years.

 

It is a window into another world, a portable magical kingdom that we can all freely explore and as such vital for our children's education.

 

We really value reading at Anglesey and are here to help you support your children as much as possible on their reading journey. 

 

 

If you ever have an opportunity to read to your children at home too, it will really help with their progress.
