Today for PSHE we have a story for you, we are going to be looking at this story for a few weeks.

It is called "The Colour Monster", it is all about different feelings.

Once you have listened to the story you can complete the activity below talking about times that we have felt confused, you might want to do this with an adult or a big brother or sister.

Have Fun!

Hiya everyone!

Today in PSHE we are going to be thinking about how everyone is different, and everyone is amazing!

We have a couple of videos of some lovely characters that explain why we are all amazing and special!

Then we have some work where you can think about all the things that make you amazing, if you can you can write each reason in a balloon and fill the paper with amazing reasons that you are so amazing!

That way, if you are ever feeling upset or sad or unimportant, just look at this piece of paper to remind you how amazing you truly are!

If you can learn the song as well, that would be extra amazing!
