Phonics

Year 2 Phonics - Monday Recap - 11.01.21

We will be recapping on Monday and Tuesday so that the rest of our phonics this week makes sense. Watch the video then complete the activities below.

Here are the activities for today. Choose which of the first two sheets you feel will challenge you and then practise spelling the words by looking at them, covering them up then checking again. When you have finished, see if you can remember how to do it correctly the next time you write it. Finally write some sentences with the tricky words in.

Welcome to Anglesey Primary School…Information about Isolation if someone in the household has tested positive for Covid. The following information is taken directly from a Public Health webinar with Dr Justin Varney: Director of Public Health, Birmingham City Council. (06.01.22) If someone in your household has tested positive and your child is 5 years old or over, they should come into school. The child should do daily lateral flow tests. If someone in your household has tested positive and your child is under 5, then they should stay at home with the person who has tested positive until the isolation period is over.
