Join the thousands of children worldwide working out with Joe. Remember it is really important at this time to stay active, aim for 2 hours of exercise a week. From week commencing 22nd June, Joe Wickes has decided to reduce his 'PE with Joe' timetable to three sessions per week - Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. We will be putting up the link for these three sessions for you on this page. This will give you 90 minutes of exercise per week. To make up the 2 hours you require per week, you can choose a 30 minute exercise activity of your choice during the week or on the weekend. You can choose from the following or any other activity you like:
* Go for a brisk walk
* Go for a jog (you can even do this in your garden)
* Set up a small obstacle course in your garden
* Create a routine of your own to include star jumps, squats, lunges, jogging on the spot,
sit ups, push ups
* There are also lots of exercise routines for children on YouTube if you prefer to follow
someone
