PE at school

Please make sure that your child has the correct PE kit for all PE lessons. Lessons will generally take place outside.

A simple plain white top and black shorts or black tracksuit bottoms are the expected PE kit. A black jumper or a black zip-up-top are also fine to wear in the colder weather.

Please send your child to school with sensible footwear for outside, which should be a pair of trainers that fit. Please help your child to tie their own shoe laces at home so they know how to do this when getting changed for PE.

At the end of each week, your child should take their PE kit home so that it can be washed and ready for the next school week. We encourage the children to be independent at school, so they should be able to pack their own clean PE kit and be responsible for this. However, it would be a good idea to check that they have done this on Monday morning.
