I hope you are doing PE with Joe Wicks everyday.

Tabata For children

Try this Tabata exercise for children.  this is just a few minutes activity. The children do 20 seconds fast movements and then 10 seconds rest then 20 seconds next fast exercise and 10 seconds rest and so on. You can do this activity 2-3 tomes a day and you do not need to much space for it. It is very good for energising  our body.

This is an interactive adventure, which builds strength, balance and confidence. My granddaughter enjoyed yoga with the story of Three Little Pigs. There are thousands of stories on the website e.g. Harry Potter, Superman etc.

PE: I hope, yesterday, you joined Joe Wicks for PE lesson at 9 am. I joined in too with my granddaughter and it was brilliant. So parents join in and have fun as a whole family routine.
