Hiya everyone! 

 

Today in PE we would like you to practise your throwing skills!

We want you to throw and catch the ball against the wall and progress to one hand throw and catch/ swap to opposite hand next. If they have another ball they could then use 2 balls at the same time. You could change the skills and kick a larger ball against a wall and then try and catch it.
