Hey everyone! 

 

Lets play "hot potato", you need to play with someone else, and have a ball. Throw the ball between the both of you, if one of you drops it you need to go to your knees, if you drop it again you need to sit on your bum! But if you catch it then you can get back to standing!

 

Then we would like you to play football! We want one person to be the attacker and one person to be the defender! The attacker has to try to get the ball into the goal behind the defender. The defender has to try really hard to stop the ball from going in the goal, but can't touch the attacker! 

 

Then to cool down afterwards you can do some Cosmic Kids yoga!
