Maths - Fractions

 

I know that Mr Jordan and Mrs Patterson have posted some work on 'Time' but I wanted to stick with fractions a bit longer. 

 

Here is a PowerPoint to work through about adding fractions. It starts with easy problems and then gets harder. Just work through as many as you can.

 

There is also a worksheet which allows you to practice adding fractions. You don't have to print it out unless you want to/can. If you have a piece of paper and a pencil you could also have a go at drawing your own pictures to show adding fractions. The bar model is the easiest one to draw but you could also try some part-whole pictures.
