Measure - Capacity

 

We are learning how to measure liquids using measuring jugs and different sized containers. We measure liquids in litres and millilitres. To do this successfully you need to understand how the scale on the side of the container works. Look carefully at the numbers on the scale and think about what numbers go in between those that are shown.

 

Look through the PowerPoint on capacity first and then have a go at the worksheets. Instead of printing the worksheets you can just jot down your answers on a piece of paper and then check your answers.
