Today we have a Microsoft Word task.

Last week you practised:

Typing with two hands.

Using bold, italic and underline.

 

This week you will try that again but you will also learn to change the font and size of the words.

 

Look at the document below and type the sentences into microsoft word.

​​​​​​Don't forget to make the word best in bold, underline the word Grandpa's and make the word love in italics.

 

Now change the font and the size of the letters. Sometimes we need to make words bigger or smaller and make them into a different font. You use the taskbar at the top of the page to help you.

 

You can change the font to anything you like. Then change the size of the font.

 

That's it! You've learned how to do 5 new things in Microsoft word. 

Just for fun: We have set you two tasks on Purple Mash. When you login, go to the red "2do" tab and you will see two tasks that your teachers have set for you today. They look like this:
