Objective: (1) To have fun exercising; (2) To move in different ways
It's your turn to shapeshift like Jack-Jack – he can transform his body! Can you lead everyone in a shapeshifting routine?

Remember, other family members can join in and be the leader too.
Add some extra challenge by speeding up the game or setting targets such as doing each activity for 10 or 20 seconds, etc.
