PE

We are going to be learning about shooting balls into a target today. So get yourself a ball (any size, even a rolled up pair of socks would work) and two cones, a hoop, rope, net or buckets and set a point of where to shoot from an try and hit the target, scoring a goal or shooting a hoop.

 

Start close to the target and slowly move further away if you are hitting the target every time.

 

Challenge: Try and shoot and hit targets in many different ways eg kicking, rolling and throwing.
