Maths

All children need to work on number facts

  • Doubles of numbers to 10, 20, 100 
  • Halves of even numbers to 100.
  • Times Tables 4,6,7,8 and 9
  • Counting money and working out change. Use real coins.
  • Tell the time - Analogue and digital time e.g. quarter past 2 is same as 15 minutes past 2 same as 02:15
  • Mental maths- adding and subtracting number quickly.

 

There are lots of websites that you can use to learn number facts and ‘Hit the Button’ is good website with which the children are already familiar with.
