On Monday, it poured down with rain all day long. At home time, the roads were very busy as more people were using their cars. This led to an extremely dangerous situation for the children. Cars mounted the pavement directly outside school as the road was blocked.
Please only use your cars if really you have to as there could have been a serious accident.
Parents/carers who have a child born between 01/09/2012 and 31/08/2013 need to make an application for their child to start RECEPTION CLASSES in September 2017.
Paper applications will be sent to your home address. You can apply online at www.birmingham.gov.uk/schooladmissions.
Please apply by 4th December 2016

We are delighted with our new outdoor gym equipment in KS2. The equipment cost £10 714 and was funded through lottery funding, with a donation from HSBC and a small amount from school fund.
We will erect a safety fence around the equipment at a cost of around £2500, which will be paid out of school fund.
Please supervise your infant children at the end of the school day in the junior playground. Thank you for your support.
KS1 had a special safety assembly from the safety officer at Balfour Beatty. They talked about the dangers of building sites and told the children how to keep safe around the construction area.
Please keep children away from the building site.
The school held various sporting events to support sport relief this year, including a danceathon and trying some sports they hadn't tried before.
Altogether we raised £415.98. Thank you parents for all of your donations.
